Adding Sea Foam Motor Treatment to the diesel fuel tank and filter will help.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

  • Increase the lubrication capacity of diesel and fuel system parts<\/li>
  • Clean fuel nozzles, combustion chamber areas and dissolve harmful petroleum deposits throughout the fuel system<\/li>

        Clean diesel nozzles without disassembling parts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Start.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Add one detergent amount of Sea Foam Motor Treatment to the tank. 2 ounces of detergent per gallon of fuel is preferred for low fuel levels to maximize detergent concentration.<\/p>\n\n\n

        • Start and warm up the engine to operating temperature, then turn off the engine.<\/li>
        • Remove the main fuel filter and drain the fuel from the filter\/filter housing. Although not necessary, we recommend that you install a new filter.<\/li>
        • Depending on the type of filter, Sea Foam is poured throughout the filter\/housing cylinder chamber.<\/li>
        • Install a new filter while making sure there is no air in the filter or housing.<\/li>
        • After installing the filter that has been filled with cleaner, start the engine and run it for 1 to 2 minutes, then turn off the engine.<\/li>
        • Wait 5 to 15 minutes for the Sea Foam to heat soak into the accumulated deposits.<\/li>
        • After the heat soak period, restart the engine and prepare to drive\/run for approximately 30 miles or 30 minutes. It is not necessary to avoid running the engine at high rpm when possible and safe.
